Intellectual Property
TattleHash isn't just a product. It's a new category of infrastructure for the autonomous economy—and we've taken steps to protect it.
Patent-Pending Technology
In October 2025, TattleHash filed a comprehensive provisional patent application covering the core innovations that make cryptographic attestation practical for peer-to-peer transactions.
Our filing covers the fundamental architecture that enables trustless transaction attestation at scale.
Our filing includes claims spanning:
- Hash-chained ledger architecture for tamper-evident transaction records
- Geo-aware quorum selection for distributed attestation verification
- Error-semantic mode switching enabling adaptive trust levels
- Adaptive LLM shielding that adjusts caution based on counterparty history
We're actively developing continuation-in-part filings to extend protection to new capabilities including Gatekeeper verification, Enforced mode collaboration, and intent-aware transaction analysis.
Why This Matters
The agent economy is coming. Autonomous systems will negotiate, transact, and settle on behalf of humans. When they do, there needs to be a trust layer—a way to prove what was agreed, what was delivered, and what went wrong.
TattleHash is building that layer. Our intellectual property strategy ensures we can continue investing in this vision without watching it get copied the moment it gains traction.
Working With Us
We welcome partnerships, integrations, and collaboration with teams building in the autonomous systems space. Our IP position isn't about locking others out—it's about ensuring TattleHash can lead from the front.
